Terms of use

Effective October 16, 2026

By using myStackMates (“the service”, “we”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Independent service

myStackMates is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Substack Inc. “Substack” and related marks belong to Substack Inc. and are used only to describe what the service works with. The service relies on publicly available Substack data, which Substack may change or restrict at any time, so features may stop working without notice.

Acceptable use

Content

Names, photos and articles shown belong to their respective owners and are displayed as published on Substack, with links back to the original. Article suggestions (“Recommended” and “Latest”) are generated automatically from public engagement numbers. They are not endorsements or editorial judgments.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Counts may be incomplete. For example, Substack only shows the first 100 likers or restackers of each post or note, and paywalled content isn't included.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, myStackMates is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service. We'll update the effective date when the terms change.
